Annual AGM at Woodheys Primary School.
Chairperson, Sue Mosco thanked Mrs Roberts, Headteacher at Woodheys for hosting the event and for the provision of refreshments. Sue also gave a special thank you to the Choir who sang so beautifully, entertaining the host of volunteers.
Mrs Da Rocha, School Liaison Officer, thanked all the volunteers for their continued support of the schools in Trafford and gave a big thank you for bringing such a wealth of knowledge and experience to the young people.
Liz Williams has resigned as Chair of the Co-ordinators and as a Trustee. As a co-ordinator Liz opened up the opportunity of volunteering at Partington Primary School. Liz has also overseen St Mary’s and Brooklands Schools and will continue to volunteer at Partington. Sue thanked Liz for all her contributions saying that she had been an integral part of the Intergen team.
Sue Mosco also thanked Jane Kynnersley for taking the minutes for the co-ordinators for the last school year.
Minutes of AGM 2015
The meeting voted unanimously that the minutes were a true record of the meeting held at Wellacre School, Flixton.
AGM report 2015 -2016
Sue Mosco read the annual report for 2015-16 and thanked all the volunteers on behalf of Intergen and on behalf of all the schools who receive their valuable contributions.
Sue Cameron presented the annual treasurer’s report which was unanimously adopted. Whilst there is currently £16,000.00 in the pot, Intergen will think about fundraisers that will encourage new volunteers as well as raise some income in the future.
Sue Mosco thanked all the co-ordinators not only for their area reports for inclusion in the Annual report, but for the commitment they make to Intergen and the work they do with the volunteers and the schools.
Election of Trustees
The following were elected for the year 2016 -2017:- Clive Searle, Patricia Harrison, Vivien Jackson, Debbie Vrlec, Sue Cameron, Mary McRae and Sue Mosco. This leaves two vacancies on the Board of Trustees
Mrs. Roberts, Head Teacher at Woodheys School thanked Sue Mosco for being the driving force behind Intergen and for her enthusiasm.

Carol Mounfield is the newest recruit as a coordinator for Intergen
My name is Carol Mounfield and I am the newest co-ordination for Intergen, covering a new area for Timperley.
I have a 22 year old daughter who has progressed through the Trafford education system, attending Woodheys Primary, and then going onto Sale Grammar.
She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University last year, achieving a 1st degree in Psychology - I'm a very proud mum.
My career has been spent within the advertising and newspaper industry; I currently work for a local newspaper based in Meld, north Wales. Appreciate the need for accuracy and attention to detail within a process and deadline driven environment.
My personal mottos are; ‘2 wrongs don't make a right’; and, ‘do unto others as you would have them do unto you.’
